Today I'm sharing a set of quick and easy birthday cards.
Vandaag heb ik 2 eenvoudige verjaardagskaartjes om te tonen.
To create the cards I used Dina Wakley Gloss Sprays and the new Large Stencil - Grunge Borders by Darkroom Door.
Ik maakte ze met Dina Wakley Gloss Sprays en de nieuwe Large Stencil - Grunge Borders van Darkroom Door.
I started by spraying orange Gloss Spray through the stencil. After removing the stencil I sprayed with pink Gloss Spray. Gloss Sprays resist each other, I could easily remove the pink paint on the orange parts.
Ik sprayde eerst oranje Gloss Spray doorheen de stencil. Na het wegnemen van de stencil roze Gloss Spray aangebracht. De Gloss Sprays werken als een resist voor mekaar. Na lichtjes deppen kwam het oranje patroon weer tevoorschijn.
The stencil covers an A4 sheet of paper. I was able to cut 4 backgrounds out of the print.
De stencil is groot genoeg om een A4 blad te bedekken. Ik kon er 4 achtergronden uit snijden.
To stamp the wish I've chosen the largest stamp from the Happy Birthday set.
De grootste stempel uit de Happy Birthday set uitgekozen en afgedrukt.
I outlined the text by adding a circle. To stamp that circle I used a glass in combination with black ink and white paint.
Rond de tekst een cirkel gemaakt met behulp van een glas, zwarte stempelinkt en witte verf.
I made the tabs with leftover Sticky Back Canvas from THIS book.
Voor de tabs gebruikte ik een restje Sticky Back Canvas van DIT boekje.

ReplyDeleteIk heb ook nog een paar kaarten nodig voor volgende week, maar met dit weer r kom ik niet aan knutselen toe.... Dit is een super leuk idee, wie weet, morgen ofzo.
Supergaaf! Mooie achtergrond en die cirkel om de tekst vind ik een vondst. Gaaf.
