Darkroom Door Polka Dots Stencil #2

Here's another card I made for Darkroom Door.

Hier nog een kaartje dat ik maakte voor Darkroom Door.

I again worked with the new Polka Dots stencil, sprayed Distress Resist Spray through the stencil this time. After drying I colored the background with Distress Spray Stains.

Ik gebruikte opnieuw de nieuwe Polka Dots stencil, deze keer in combinatie met Distress Resist Spray. Na het drogen kleurde ik de ondergrond met Distress Spray Stains.

I colored the flower using matching Distress Inks. 

De bloem geverfd met bijpassende Distress Inkt.

Met dit achtergrondje uit de voorraad een verjaardagskaart gemaakt. Het papier met houtstructuur is van Tim Holtz, ik kleurde het met Distress Spray Stains. 

For this birthday card I used a background from my stash. The woodgrain paper is by Tim Holtz, I did the coloring with Distress Spray Stains.

Voor de bloemen twee bij elkaar passende stempels gebruikt. Eén uit de Carved Flowers en één uit de Fine Flowers stempelset van Darkroom Door. Eerst met de Carved Flower een afdruk gemaakt met Distress Inkt, goed laten drogen en daar overheen gestempeld met de bijpassende Fine Flower.  Daar een laagje witte embossing over gelegd.

I created these flowers with two matching stamps, one from the Carved Flowers and one from the Fine Flowers stamp sets by Darkroom Door. I stamped the Carved Flower with Distress Ink first and overstamped it after drying with the Fine Flower using Versamark. I heat embossed that print with white embossing powder.

Skateboard #2

Opnieuw een kaart gemaakt met de nieuwe Skateboard fotostempel van Darkroom Door.

I again made a card with the new Skateboard Photo Stamp by Darkroom Door.

Voor de achtergrond gebruikte ik het Distress Woodgrain Cardstock van Tim Holtz. Ik kleurde het met Distress Spray Stains Twisted Citron en Wilted Violet.

For the background I used Distress Woodgrain Cardstock by Tim Holtz. I colored it with Distress Spray Stains Twisted Citron and Wilted Violet.

De fotostempel afgedrukt met Distress Inkt Wilted Violet en bijgekleurd met Twisted Citron. Om de kaart nog wat stoerder te maken houten cijfers opgeplakt (die ik kleurde met Distress Paint Twisted Citron) en een grote paperclip over de fotostempel geschoven.

I stamped the Photo Stamp with Distress Ink Wilted Violet and colored the skateboard with Twisted Citron. I glued wooden numbers on the card, colored the numbers with Distress Paint Twisted Citron. To finish the card off I added a large paperclip.
