Mango Fool Challenge: Entries and Winner

 Aan het begin van de Mango Fool Challenge had ik gehoopt hier vandaag kleurige post te kunnen tonen en dat is gelukt! Ik heb maar liefst 16 inzendingen ontvangen. Niet alleen een hele reeks prachtige kaarten maar ook een  tag, een tagboekje, een doos en 3 supermooie boekjes  Ik weet hoe moeilijk het is om tussen alle andere bezigheden door tijd te vinden om deel te nemen aan een challenge. Daarom wil ik alle dames die meegedaan hebben dus heel hartelijk bedanken!!! Hieronder alle inzendingen op een rijtje, in willekeurige volgorde. Iedere foto is aanklikbaar en gelinkt naar het blogbericht van de maker. Helemaal aan het einde maak ik de winnaar bekend, dus scrollen maar :)

It was my greatest wish to show you colourful post today and yes my wish came true :) I received 16 entries for the Mango Fool Challenge!!! Not only a bunch of beautiful cards but also a tag, a tagbook, a box and 3 awesome booklets! I want to send all the ladies who joined the challenge a BIG thank you! I'm aware of the fact that it's not always easy to join a challenge. Hard to find some time to make something...  Uit al deze inzendingen de mooiste kiezen was een onmogelijke opdracht voor mij. Ik had een paar favorieten waar ik echt niet kon uit kiezen. Dan maar over tot de jury, zijnde man en dochter. Die konden het ook niet zo direct eens worden, dus de 'true random number generator' heeft het uiteindelijk opgelost :) Ik heb iedereen hetzelfde nummer gegeven als bij de link tool.

De winnaar is geworden.......... 

 It was impossible for me to choose a winner. So I asked the jury (HB and daughter) to help me, but they could not agree either. So the 'true random number generator' did the job :) I gave each entry the same number as the link tool did.

Art Journey Challenge #3 - Romance

Dit kaartje maakte ik voor de 

Art Journey Challenge van deze maand, het thema is 'Romantiek'.

Mijn meest 'romantische' stempels, bloemen en kleuren uitgezocht voor deze kaart..

This is my entry for the Art Journey Challenge of this month, the theme is 'Romance'.

I picked out my most romantic stamps, colors and flowers to make this card.. 

De tekst met clear geëmbossed, daarna de ondergrond gekleurd met Distress Inkt #Victorian Velvet.

I heat embossed the text with clear, then colored the surface with Distress Ink #Victorian Velvet.

Het meisje is met StazOn #Timber Brown gestempeld op aquarelpapier en ingekleurd met Distress Inkt.

I stamped the girl with StazOn #Timber Brown on watercolor paper and colored her with Distress Ink.

Art Journey Challenge #2 - Tape

Dit kaartje maakte ik voor de Art Journey Challenge van deze maand met als thema "Tape".

This is my entry for the Art Journey Challenge of this month, the theme is "Tape". 

Eerst een raster gemaakt met masking tape, daarna in de verschillende hokjes gesponst en gestempeld. De kinderen gemaskerd en ingekleurd met Distress Inkt.

First I made a screen with masking tape, then I sponged and stamped the different compartments. I masked the children and colored them with Distress Ink and a paint brush.

Voor deze opdracht al mijn tape bijeen gezocht, voortaan zitten de rolletjes nu samen in één doosje. De 5 rolletjes masking tape links kocht mijn dochter dit voorjaar voor me tijdens een studiereis. Ze komen uit de museumshop van het Vitra Design Museum. Leuk kadootje dat nu heel erg van pas kwam.

For this challenge I digged up all my tape, from now on they are gathered in one box. I've got the 5 specimens on the left hand side as a present from my daughter. She bought this masking tape during a study trip, in the shop of the Vitra Design Museum.

Dit kaartje is mijn bijdrage voor de challenge van deze maand bij Each Card Is Unique.

Het kaartje is gemaakt volgens een vooropgestelde lay-out, die ik een kwartslag draaide.

This is my entry for the Each Card Is Unique challenge of this month.

To make this card I had to follow a lay-out , which I rotated 90 degrees.

The character is colored with Glimmermist #Key Lime Pie
