Voor deze reeks kaartjes de 'block stamping' techniek gebruikt.

I used the 'block stamping' technique for this set of cards.

Hiervoor een rechthoekige acrylblok eerst beïnkt met Distress Inkt, daarna beneveld met water en vervolgens afgedrukt op aquarelpapier. Elke keer andere kleuren gebruikt. Door met meer of minder water te benevelen bekom je ook telkens een ander effect.

I inked a rectangle acrylic block (for stamping) with Distress Ink, sprayed some water on top of the ink and stamped on a piece of watercolor paper. I used different colors for each print. Using a different amount of water gives a different outcome as well.

Nog een bloemenstempel afgedrukt en het geheel op een stukje gekleurd vellum gekleefd.

After stamping I attached the prints on a piece of blue/fuchsia vellum.

Met een zwarte pen nog wat accenten aangebracht.

I added a few details with a black pen.

Een wens afgedrukt op het vellum.

Stamped a sentiment on the vellum.

Art Journey Challenge #19

Deze maand is het thema van de Art Journey Challenge Turquoise.

Ik maakte deze 2 notaboekjes voor de uitdaging.

This month the Art Journey Challenge is all about the color Turquoise.

I made these 2 small notebooks for the challenge.

Voor de kaftjes heb ik aquarelpapier geverfd met verschillende kleuren ecoline. Een heel dankbare inkt om mee te werken. Handige ecoline lesjes vind je bij stampingmathilda. Ik raadpleegde ze al vaak!

For the covers I colored watercolor paper with ecoline. A fine ink to work with. There are interesting ecoline tutorials on stampingmathilda's blog. She explains how to use ecoline ink in stamping.

Na het drogen gestempeld met StazOn Inkt 'Teal Blue'.

After drying I did the stamping with StazOn Ink 'Teal Blue'.

Per boekje één katern wit tekstpapier gevouwen en een schutblad gemaakt van turquoise vellum.

For each booklet I folded one signature with white sheets of textpaper. For the endpapers I used turquoise vellum. 

Eenvoudig genaaid met een dun lint. 

Used a simple binding with a small ribbon.

Het lint is opzij vastgezet met een kraal.

The ribbon is attached with a matching bead.

De gestempelde rondjes zijn iets verhoogd opgeplakt. 

I attached the stamped circles with 3D foam.

Hier een paar eenvoudige kinderkaarten. Ik krijg maar niet genoeg van de 'quick & easy' stijl :)

De vlaggetjes zijn gemaakt met washi tape.

I have a few children's cards to show you today. It seems I can't get enough of the 'quick & easy' style :)

Made the garland with washi tape.

Rijtjes tape geplakt en er ballonnen uitgeponst. Ik heb al vaak deze ballonnen pons gebruikt, een mooi formaat.

I adhered strips of tape on a piece of paper and punched balloons out of it. 

I often use this balloon punch, I'm fond of the size.

Hier alleen maar kant en klare vilten bloemetjes geplakt.

Just adhered some small felt flowers here.

Een serie kaartjes gemaakt met de rozenstempel van Darkroom Door.

I made a set of cards with the Roses Photo Stamp by Darkroom Door.

Gestempeld met verschillende kleuren Distress Stains.

Did the stamping with Distress Stains.

Alleen een koordje en een metalen hartje toegevoegd, 'minder is meer' in dit geval :)

I just added some cord and a metal heart, 'less is more' in this case :)
