Envelopes

 

I made a lot of tags lately. To be able to send them through the mail I folded matching envelopes.

Veel labels gemaakt de laatste tijd. Om deze te kunnen versturen een reeks aangepaste enveloppes gevouwen.

I used up a bunch of card stock/patterned paper from my huge stash. 

I almost never use that paper for cards anymore.

Gebruik gemaakt van mijn grote voorraad card stock en gedessineerd papier. 

Dat papier wordt toch bijna niet meer gebruikt voor het maken van kaarten.

With the Envelope Punch Board you can make envelopes in all sizes.

Ik gebruikte deze Envelope Punch Board, een handige tool voor het vouwen van enveloppes in alle maten.

Now I have a fresh stash.

De voorraad is aangevuld.

Party Balloons #1

 

The 'Party Balloons' stamp set is part of the new release by Dakroom Door as well. This beautiful set was designed by stampingmathilda.

Een andere leuke nieuwe stempelset van Darkroom Door is de 'Party Balloons' set. Deze set werd ontworpen door stampingmathilda. 

I've chosen one of the large balloons to make this card. I stamped the balloon 3 times on a white card base with Archival Ink 'Jet Black'. 

I used 3 colors Distress Oxide ink and the 'Small Stencil - Checkered' to sponge a square pattern on scraps of white paper. I stamped the balloons again on those colored backgrounds and adhered them to the card after cutting out.

I'm a big fan of the font of the words in the set as well.

Ik koos een ronde ballon uit de set om dit kaartje te maken. De ballon 3 keer rechtstreeks op de kaart afgedrukt met Archival inkt 'Jet Black'.

Met 3 kleuren Distress Oxide inkt en de 'Small Stencil - Checkered' een hokjes patroon gesponsd op restjes papier. Daar de ballonnen nog een keer op gestempeld, uitgeknipt en opgeplakt. 

Het lettertype van de teksten vind ik ook heel mooi.

The birthday wish on this card was stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed using WOW embossing powder 'Primary Fuchsia Fusion'.

De verjaardagswens op deze kaart werd gestempeld met Versamark inkt en bewerkt met WOW embossing poeder 'Primary Fuchsia Fusion'.

On the background I used a gel print. I created the gel print with paint and the Large Stencil - Dots by Darkroom Door.

De achtergrond is een gel print. Voor de gel print gebruikte ik verf en de Large Stencil Dots van Darkroom Door.

I decorated the card with a flower made from a torn strip of fabric. I turned the strip of fabric around its axis and glued it to a paper circle spiral wise.

Voor de bloem een strook stof gescheurd, de stof rondgedraaid en in een spiraalvorm op een papieren cirkel gekleefd.

On today's card I again worked with stamps from the new 'Birthday Greetings' set by Darkroom Door.

Nog een kaartje waarbij ik stempels uit de nieuwe 'Birthday Greetings' set van Darkroom Door gebruikte.

I used all of the large text stamps and made prints with 5 colors Distress Oxide Ink.

The balloon is from another new stamp set, the 'Party Balloons'.

Vijf verschillende wensen afgedrukt met verschillende kleuren Distress Oxide inkt. 

De ballon komt  uit een andere nieuwe stempel set, de 'Party Balloons'.

To create the dots I used these tools.

Voor de rondjes gebruikte ik deze sponsjes.

Here's another set of cards I made using text stamps from the new 'Birthday Greetings' set by Darkroom Door.

Hier een set kaartjes waarbij ik opnieuw tekststempels uit de nieuwe 'Birthday Greetings' set van Darkroom Door gebruikte.

The colored squares were done using the 'Shadow 12 Up' Frame Stamp by Darkroom Door.

De gekleurde hokjes deed ik met de 'Shadow 12 Up' Frame Stamp van Darkroom Door.

I inked up each square with a different color of Distress Ink, sprayed water on top and made a print on watercolor paper.

Elk hokje beïnkt met een andere kleur Distress Inkt, water verneveld en een afdruk gemaakt op aquarelpapier.

 I die cut the stamped print using a rectangle die.

De afdruk uitgesneden dmv een rechthoekige stans.

I overstamped the colored background with a birthday wish.

De gekleurde achtergrond overstempeld met een verjaardagswens.

Instead of 3D tape to mount the stamped panel to the card I used a few layers of colored cardstock.

In plaats van 3 D tape gebruikte ik een aantal laagjes gekleurd cardstock om de paneeltjes verhoogd op de kaart te kleven.
