To create the background of this card I used a shifter stencil by Tim Holtz. That way I could easily sponge trees using 2 different colors of Distress Oxide inks.

Voor de achtergrond van dit kaartje gebruikte ik een 'shifter stencil' van Tim Holtz. Zo kon ik makkelijk boompjes sponzen in twee kleuren Distress Oxide inkt.

Today I made 3 cards and decorated each card with a wooden word.

Drie kaarten gemaakt en op elke kaart een houten woord geplakt.

I worked with patterned paper again and combined it with leftovers from previous projects. On this card I used a stamped print in a matching color.

Gedessineerd papier gecombineerd met restjes uit mijn restjesbak. Hier een stempelprint gebruikt die past bij de roze bloemen van het gedessineerd papier.

For this card and the following one I've chosen to work with gel prints.

Voor deze en volgende kaart koos ik voor gel prints.

To create the background of this card I used one of the new shifter stencils by Tim Holtz and Distress Oxide inks.

I cut the tree out of patterned paper and glued a layer of Frosted Mica Flakes on top.

De achtergrond van dit kaartje maakte ik met een shifter stencil van Tim Holtz en 2 kleuren Distress Oxide Inkt.

De boom uit gedessineerd papier geknipt en er een laagje Frosted Mica Flakes opgekleefd.

The 4 cards of today were again made with gel prints from my stash.

Opnieuw een reeks gel prints uitgezocht en er 4 kaarten mee gemaakt.

I glued torn strips of paper to the bottom of the cards.

Onderaan gescheurde strookjes papier geplakt.

I bought the die cut of the reindeer last year but I'm still surprised how well they look on cards :)

De rendierenstans kocht ik vorig jaar al maar de diertjes blijven mooi vind ik :)

To add Christmas wishes I used various text stamps.

Gecombineerd met verschillende tekststempels.

To create this Christmas card I again used the Circle Set stencil by Darkroom Door.

Voor dit kerstkaartje gebruikte ik opnieuw de Circle Set stencil van Darkroom Door.

I first stamped the bird straight onto the card. After masking the bird off I colored the circle with Distress Ink and I stamped the branches and stars.

Eerst het vogeltje gestempeld en afgedekt met een maskertje. Daarna de cirkel ingekleurd en de takken en sterren gestempeld.
