I  colored the background of this card using Distress Oxide inks. Put a stencil on top and applied white paint through it.

De achtergrond gekleurd met Distress Oxide inkten. Daar een stencil op gelegd en er met witte verf doorheen gesponsd.

I have a babycard to show today.

I bought the stamp of the girl months ago, time to ink it up!

I did the coloring with ZIG brush markers and Distress Inks.

Weer een kerstkaart vandaag. Ribbelkarton bewerkt met gesso. Ik blijf het inspirerend materiaal vinden om mee te werken. De sneeuwvlokjes geëmbossed met Clear en daarna de achtergrond gekleurd met Distress Inkt #Weathered Wood.

Another Holiday Card today. Used corrugated cardboard again, a very inspiring material in my opinion. Put some gesso on top. I clear embossed the snowflakes and colored the background with Distress Ink #Weathered Wood.

Bomen gemaakt met organza lint.

Made the trees with organza ribbon.

Flowers and Gesso #3

 Nog een achtergrondje gemaakt met gesso en Distress Stains. Daarna de bloemenstempel afgedrukt met gesso. Tenslotte met StazOn # Fuchsia Pink over het geheel geveegd.

Made another background with gesso and Distress Stains. Used gesso to stamp the flowers. Finally I put a layer of StazOn # Fuchsia Pink on top.

 De kaart gevouwen uit een plaat karton. Aan de voorkant een deel van het papier afgepeld, zodat de ribbels zichtbaar werden. Hier gesso overheen geveegd. Een strook fuchsia zijdepapier over de gehele breedte van de kaart gekleefd.

The card is made out of corrugated cardboard. I peeled off the top layer in some places and covered the card with gesso. I adhered a piece of fuchsia paper to the cardboard.

Een reepje papier door de knopen geprutst.

Put a small piece of paper through the buttons.

Flowers and Gesso #1

Ik zag stampingmathilda stempelen in een laag gesso deze week hier. Ik vond het effect zo mooi, dat moest ik ook proberen :) De achtergrondstempel is afgedrukt in een dikke laag gesso. Na droging alles gekleurd met Distress Stains en Glimmer Mist. 

After I saw stampingmathilda stamping into a layer of gesso this week here, I had to try it myself! I put the flower stamp into a thick layer of gesso. After drying, I colored the background with Distress Stains and Glimmer Mist. 

Witte Hero Arts bloemetjes gekleurd met de restjes Glimmer Mist die achter bleven op mijn craftsheet. Accentjes aangebracht met gesso. De hartjes zijn gemaakt van gekleurd tissue papier.

I colored the blank Hero Arts flowers with the Glimmer Mist leftovers on my craftsheet. Added some gesso accents. Made the centres of the flowers with colored tissue paper.

Ook de steeltjes zijn gemaakt van tissue papier, omwikkeld met een touwtje.

I made the stems with the same tissue paper and a turquoise cord.
