This year I have the intention to mainly use supplies from my stash. I made these two square books because I had four 8 x 8'' pieces of cardboard laying around.
Mijn plan voor dit jaar is om vooral spullen uit mijn voorraad op te gebruiken. Ik maakte deze twee vierkante boekjes omdat ik vier stukken karton had liggen van 20 x 20 cm.
For the binding I've chosen a coptic stitch.
Gekozen voor een koptische binding.
I decorated the covers of this book with light blue crane paper.
De kaften van dit boek bekleedde ik met lichtblauw papier waar kraanvogels op gedrukt staan.
I bought the Japanese paper I used on both books at the paper shop by Adeline Klam.
Ik kocht het Japanse papier voor de boekjes van vandaag bij Adeline Klam.
For the signatures I used mixed media paper.
De katernen vouwde ik van mixed media papier.
Love the exposed sewing on the spine.
Tof dat het naaiwerk zichtbaar is op de rug van het boek.

To decorate the inside of the covers I used matching cardstock.
De binnenkant van de kaften bekleed met bijpassend kaartkarton.
en mooi om naar te kijken met zo'n zichtbare binding. De kleurtjes zijn fris en fruitig, volledig passend bij deze tijd van het jaar ! Mooi hoor !
