Cards and Tins 29

Nog eens een kaartje voor mijn 'Cards and Tins' reeks gemaakt.

Made another card for my 'Cards and Tins' series.

Een heel klein blikje gekozen uit mijn (grote) collectie :)

I chose a small tin from my (big) collection :)

Eerst bloemen gestempeld met Versamark inkt en deze geëmbossed met WOW embossing poeder 'Opaque Bright White'.

 I stamped the flowers with Versamark ink and heat embossed them with WOW embossing powder 'Opaque Bright White'.

Daarna het papier gekleurd met Distress Stains: 'Tumbled Glass' voor de achtergrond en 'Broken China' voor de harten van de bloemen.

I coloured the card with Distress Stains: used 'Tumbled Glass' for the background and 'Broken China' for the flower centres.

De kersen heb ik ingekleurd met aquarelverf.

Did the colouring of the cheries with watercolor paint.

Craft Stamper August 2014

In januari tekende en kerfde ik deze stempel.

Last January I carved this flower stamp.

Daar maakten ze bij Craft Stamper dit kleine stempeltje van.

With the help of Craft Stamper my design ended up into this cute little stamp.

En nu zit het gratis bij de nieuwe uitgave. 

Leuk he!

And now my stamp is the Free Cover Stamp of the latest issue.

Isn't that great?

Binnenin zijn een paar projecten te zien die ik met het stempeltje maakte.

Ik mocht de kleuren bepalen waar de design team leden mee aan de slag moesten voor het 'Free Stamp Makes' artikel. Ik koos voor knallend :)

I made a few projects with the stamp, for the 'Free Stamp Makes' article. I was allowed to choose the colour palette for this article. I went for bright colours :) 

Op de website van Craft Stamper kun je ook een mooie kaart zien van Birgit Koopsen. Zelfde kleuren, zelfde stempel :)

Ik stempelde, kleurde en knipte ook deze bloemen voor een project dat in dezelfde uitgave staat. Maar het magazine staat vol leuke artikels. Meer dan één reden om het te kopen dus :)

I stamped, coloured and cut these flowers for a project that's in the same August issue. An issue that's filled with work by very talented ladies. More than one reason to buy it :)

Life is a great big canvas

Weer gewerkt in mijn groot Art Journal.

I made another spread in my (big) Art Journal.

Het bekende recept: veel laagjes.

Gesso, boektekst, structuurpasta, stempelwerk...

As usual I added lots of layers to the pages: gesso, old book paper, modeling paste, stamping...

Een dunne laag Golden Acrylic Paint aangebracht in de kleuren oranje en paars.

I coloured all those layers with a thin layer of Golden Acrylic Paint.

Papieren cirkels gekleurd met Dylusions Spray Inkt en Glimmer Mist. Voor de stelen stukjes koord geplakt.

I coloured paper circles with Dylusions Spray Ink and Glimmer Mist. Used cord as stems.

Stukjes papier uit een oud schoolschrift opgeplakt.

 I added pieces of handwritten text.

De tekststempel kreeg ik van Dymphie, net als de Franse handgeschreven tekst.

The text stamp is a RAK by Dymphie, as well as the French handwritten text.

Water Lily

Een tijdje geleden bestempelde ik een paar labels met een template. 

Het laatste label uit deze reeks heb ik vandaag afgewerkt.

A while ago I stamped on some tags with a template.

Today I finished the final tag from that series.

De waterlelie gesponsd met behulp van een template en Distress Inkt in de kleuren van de achtergrond.

Sponged the water lily with Distress Ink and a template.

De woordstansjes zijn van Clearly Besotted.

The word dies are by Clearly Besotted.
